For so long I wasn't aware of my own creative power, I gave so much credence to the limiting and critical voice inside me and squeezed myself into boxes that I didn't fit into in order to belong.

On this journey, I realized how important it is to work with our bodies in order to sustainably resolve old traumatic wounds and to be able to unfold freely.
